General Refund Policy Guidelines
This Cancellation and Refund Policy shall apply to any cancellation of subscription of the Creative Goal Services and applicable refunds. Creative Goal shall not entertain any refund requests if cancellation of subscription is in violation of this policy or its Terms of Service or if Creative Goal terminates the User account for violation of its Terms of Service.
- Creative Goal permits cancellation of subscription if a User is not satisfied with the service. Cancellation of a first-time subscription is eligible for refund only within 14 days from the date of purchase of subscription with half amount of the services cost (“Purchase Date”).
- A User can only avail refund once. Renewal of subscription after the expiration of its term shall not entitle a User to avail refund.
- The date on invoice for subscription shall be considered as final and conclusive for determining the Purchase Date.
- Under no circumstance shall a User be entitled to a refund upon cancellation of subscription after 14 days from the Purchase Date.
- All requests for cancellation of subscription and refund should be raised only via the customer support helpline provided by Creative Goal . Cancellation and refund requests raised through any other mode of communication will not be considered for refund.
- Creative Goal has arrangements with payment gateways and other financial service providers for processing refunds (“Service Providers”). Creative Goal endeavours to ensure that eligible refunds are processed within 20 working days of your request for cancellation of subscription. However, this timeline is indicative and processing of refunds is subject to the time taken by the Service Providers.
- The User agrees to provide any information required to facilitate refunds including but not limited to bank account details.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that remittance of refund to the User is subject to the charges that may be levied by the Service Providers for such remittance. Such charges shall be deducted from the refund claimed by the User.
Web Design & Development:
Web design and development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs internal expenses.
Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payments for custom design projects (i.e. custom logo designs and branding projects, full website designs, individual page mockups and smaller design components within a website, etc.) and custom development projects (i.e. php programming, WordPress CMS custom development, WordPress Plugin custom development, etc.) are made to pay in full.
But if a project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client, then all monies paid will be retained by Creative Goal and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
All projects that are completed as defined as the scope of the work are non-refundable.
Setup Fees:
Setup fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by Creative Goal in the setup phase of any WebDevelopment or Design and are non-refundable.
